Moving a domain to us

A transfer changes the registrar that manages your domain and can take up to 10 days. Domains younger than 60 days cannot be transferred yet. Before you start, check that:

  • the domain is unlocked at your current registrar,
  • you have the authorization (EPP) code,
  • the admin contact email in Whois is one you can read,
  • Whois privacy is switched off.

New customers who order yearly web hosting get the domain transfer free, including one year of renewal.
